This is a blog dedicated to the trials, tribulations, terrors, and transcendences of two tired travelers trekking through trendy towns, tough terrain, and tedious trains.
Some parts transcriptive, descriptive, prescriptive, and proscriptive, it will serve as a repository for lengthy contemplations and immediate sensations.
It is meant to foster relationships, inspire conversation, and contribute to the ongoing, universal human quest to address eternal questions of life and meaning.
If it falls short of this, then at least it should be good bathroom reading.

Hey AM Radio!
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear you arrived safe and sound, and I look forward to checking in daily, and not just when I'm heading to the can.
love and more love,
Bernie
PS Can we really expect a daily update on the relative h2o content (or other characteristics) of your poops? Not that it wouldn't offer fascinating insight into your culinary experiences, but perhaps not really necessary. Just my opinion anyway....
So much fun it will be hearing about all your adventures! And it was
ReplyDeletegreat accidentally finding you on-line and that skype call working!
Thanks for setting it up before you left. And the blog is a great idea,
too. Looking forward to reading your updates and hearing all about
the wonderful music, drumming and dancing in Africa. I would so
like to hear it myself. Any way to post some of it? Much love, Mom/Deb

ReplyDeleteshould add that the laundry looks like a tempted fail as well, but I hope it worked and everything is fresh. I miss you. I meant to call and then everything got busy and distracted. Take care out there and remember, the 21st is a reunion back in Mass
ReplyDeleteMike n Allie -

Here's toasting to the year ahead-- and vicariously accompanying you along the way.
Cheers
